    Questus Residential Investment Fund

 

 A Tax Effective Bricks and Mortar Investment

 
Questus is an Australian Financial Services Licensed funds and investment manager, which is an approved participant in the National Rental Affordability Scheme, through the Questus Residential Investment Fund (QRIF). The QRIF was specially established by Questus to participate in the NRAS. The QRIF is a non-entity joint venture established solely for the approval, construction, delivery, management and compliance requirements of Approved NRAS properties across Australia.
The QRIF ensures the ongoing compliant management of Approved NRAS Properties and ensures the Federal and State NRAS incentives are provided to the respective property owner.

Below is a summary of the Key Features:
  • The Questus Residential Investment Fund has been structured to allow investors to invest in bricks and mortar residential housing and access the NRAS Government Incentives. 
  • NRAS provides for Federal, State and Territory Government incentives which currently are $9,140 per annum and indexed for 10 years to an Investor.
  • Hassle free investment as your Approved NRAS Property will be managed on your behalf to ensure compliance with NRAS legislation and regulations.
  • NRAS Government Incentives are indexed annually and available for a period of ten years for each Approved NRAS Property.
  • The Federal Government Incentives are a refundable tax offset (RTO). This means it will reduce the amount of tax paid in any year.
  • The State Government Incentives are non assessable non exempt income. This means that the amount is not included in your income (no tax payable). 
  • Approved NRAS Property managed by professional property and tenancy managers.
